* 권장 보관온도 : 2~10℃, 배지 보관 시 온도변화가 많은 경우 이슬이 생길 수 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다. (기산바이오 생배지는 습기 조절을 위해 흡습제가 동봉되어 있습니다.)
* 첨가제의 경우 Sheep Blood Defibrinate [MB-S1876]이 5% 첨가되어 제조되었습니다.

PROCEDURE
 
Suspend 40.0 G of powder in 950 mL of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C in water bath. Aseptically add 5 - 7% of Sheep Blood Defibrinated (MB-S1876) or Horse Blood Defibrinated (MB-H1883). Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.
