The graphene sheet is a result of multiple layers of a single graphene film layer. It is a single crystal membrane that is not perfectly flat and posses some roughness (RMS – 1nm). There are many different methods to manufacture graphene films, but a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is the best available synthesis process. The composition of these sheets includes mainly conductive graphene, having percent loading more than 98%. It is highly electrical and thermally conductive.

The formulation of this graphene sheet also includes some amount of additives, which ultimately improve its uniformity and toughness. It has excellent resistance to corrosion, ultrasonic dissolution, and fatigue. Structurally it is mainly composed of the hexagonal cross-linking of carbon atoms where it forms a strong covalent bond with each other. Due to the strength of the covalent bond, the sheets itself become robust and sturdy. It is thin, flexible, and extremely light-weighted.

Generally, it is dark gray in color and shiny appearance on the surface. It is a thin flexible film with a thickness of around 35 microns and cut very smoothly with any cutter. We provide the sheets in a square and rectangular shape in many dimensions such as 8inch x 8inch, 8inch x 4inch, 4inch x 4inch, and 2inch x 2inch. We also sell as per the required customized size. The graphene film can also be grown over a various substrates like copper, nickel, glass, quartz, acrylic, SiC, stainless steel, and many more.

Graphene Sheet Applications
Graphene Sheet mainly used in flexible and Flexographic’s electronics, wearable electronics, thermal applications, printed circuit board (PCB’s), Heat sinks, soldering, OLED, touchscreens, and radio-frequency identification tags (RFID) tags.
